Founded in 2020 at the height of all things bad in the world, we strive to bring to life important stories and are committed to innovative, high-quality unscripted entertainment that goes above and beyond the expected.
JOSHUA DOLBERG, Co-Founder / Executive Producer
Originally from Philadelphia, Joshua Dolberg moved to Los Angeles to follow his dreams and pursue a career in television. Over the course of his twenty year career, Joshua has won multiple awards for his creative endeavors including two Emmy nominations, winning one.
Joshua started his career as a writer/producer/editor in television on-air marketing executing countless television program launches through strategic marketing and PR campaigns for networks including CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, Lifetime, Hallmark, Nickelodeon, and Disney Channel. In 2015, after years at the CBS Television Network, Joshua was offered the opportunity to help launch a new cable network, WGN America, where he eventually took on the responsibilities of unscripted development and helped launch the network’s highest rated unscripted show to date, Dogs Most Wanted.
Throughout his career, Joshua has created and developed multiple unscripted projects for both networks and production companies domestically and globally, leading to the launch of Reality Matters Entertainment in 2020.
ROBYN MATLIN, Co-Founder / Executive Producer
Robyn Matlin hails from Toronto where she practiced law at a prestigious firm, litigating high-profile cases and publishing extensively. Since pivoting to a television career in Los Angeles, Robyn spent time as a scripted television writer developing projects for various production companies and networks.
As a creator and producer of unscripted projects, Robyn has developed projects internationally in the United States, Canada, UK, and UAE. Under the new banner, Reality Matters Entertainment, Robyn has various television projects in development including docuseries, docusoaps, lifestyle entertainment, and formats.
